Through a cohesive blend of internalised skills and partnerships, we bring extensive knowledge of development and project management, architecture and design, planning and masterplanning, facilities management, research and feasibility, valuation, sales, marketing and leasing to the management of our property assets.
Our key partner is Playoust Churcher Architects (PCA). Based on Sydney’s North Shore, PCA’s focus is single residential and medium density architecture. PCA builds on the experience of the firm established by John JF Playoust in 1961.
An integral part of the AEH Group, the AEH Property team adds architectural, design, project management and development management skills to the strong overall commercial acumen and professional standards of AEH.
