Accounts Manager / HR and Payroll Manager

Randi joined the AEH Group in 2006 and manages all aspects of accounts receivable and payable, within the organisation, providing accurate data for financial reports, cash flow and strategic funds management.

As Payroll and HR Manager, she is responsible for all services associated with payroll; legislation, awards, best practice policies, on time remuneration, insurance, superannuation and employee relations.

Randi is responsible for processing all required reporting associated with her roles, to the ATO, ASIC, Revenue NSW and superannuation funds.

An accomplished businesswoman, Randi successfully ran her own businesses for 22 years years prior to joining AEH. She brings a wealth of experience and maturity to the business.

Since July 2000, Randi has provided independent bookkeeping to numerous small businesses over a wide range of industries adding invaluable ‘business’ awareness and knowledge to her skill-set.
