Warren Bradshaw

Warren has experience in multiple business sectors, working as a Telecommunications Technician with Telstra, before becoming a Licensed Real Agent in 2001. Since then, he’s dealt with sales and property management at various franchises, including Raine & Horne, First National and Ray White. He was also the Managing Director of Ray White Avoca Beach.

Warren has also worked extensively within the retirement industry. He’s held roles in Sales and Management at several large villages in the Hunter and Lake Macquarie areas, including Retirement Village Manager at Lend Lease Lakeside Retirement Village, Village Manager at Lend Lease Ashton Gardens and Sales Manager / Licensee in Charge at Lend Lease Closebourne Village.

Warren holds a Diploma of Business, Certificate IV in property management, Certificate IV in Real Estate Sales, Certificate in small business enterprise and a trade certificate (Technician Telecommunications).
