Additionally, there’s a fantastic Event cinema, open from 10 am till midnight every day of the week, so you can catch the latest blockbuster as soon as it’s released.

Sugar Valley Golf Club

Nestled among the stunning greenery of the Hunter Valley, the Sugar Valley Golf course sits on 6,511 yards, providing an excellent opportunity to connect with nature while getting fit.

With a par of 71 for gentlemen, to 73 for the ladies, the course is challenging but not frustratingly difficult. What’s more, residents of the Sugar Valley retirement community enjoy complimentary club membership for a year – the Club House is also a great place to meet up with friends before a round.

At Sugar Valley, we take the hassle out of home ownership with most maintenance of the homes, common grounds and gardens included in the monthly service costs.

This includes lawn mowing and edging, the planting and pruning of trees, care of all the common garden beds including weeding and road and pathway maintenance.
